The Nashville Jazz Workshop's monthly jam session returns Tuesday, May 12th at 7:30 PM, featuring The Day Drinkers, sponsored by Bandwagon Music & Repair.

This first edition features Tyler Jaeger on trumpet, Zach Tyler on saxophone, Jonathan Salcedo on trombone, Alex Murphy on piano, Brian Allen on bass, and Josh Hunt on drums. They'll open the evening with a host set before the floor opens up! 

The Day Drinkers is a collective of some of Nashville's finest, with members whose credits span thousands of records, film scores, and Grammy recognized projects across jazz, pop, R&B, country, gospel, and classical. They pay homage to the big band swing tradition while tipping their hat to modern jazz.

Whether you're a seasoned player, a student, or just looking for a great Tuesday night out, the jam is for you. Bring your horn, bring your ears, bring a friend.
