A new series of summer jazz and blues concerts is ongoing at Blakemore United Methodist Church. The next event in the series will be a concert of tunes from the Count Basie book with the Lori Mechem Quartet on July 8. (this just in! The second set will feature special guest vocalist Jeff Hall!!). 

The series will conclude with a tribute to jazz vocalist Anita O'Day with Annie Sellick on July 22.
